We’re working with a growing specialist technology provider to hire an Enterprise Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of key customers across the shipping, logistics and transport sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term enterprise relationships, driving account growth and working on solutions that are critical to operational performance.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of a number of strategic enterprise accounts, focusing on retention, growth and long-term value. Working closely with technical and delivery teams, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers optimise their connectivity and communications environments while identifying opportunities for expansion.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers
  • Build strong relationships with senior commercial and technical stakeholders
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Lead account planning and customer engagement strategies
  • Work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Travel as required across the UK and occasionally EMEA

  • Background in technology sales (e.g. networking, telecoms, connectivity, infrastructure or similar) OR strong experience within the shipping, logistics or transport sectors

  • Commercially driven with a consultative approach
