ESP is retained on a confidential search for a high-growth insurance SaaS platform vendor, expanding its UK enterprise sales team after major client wins.
The role:
- Sell a modern SaaS platform that helps insurers ditch legacy systems, speed up product launches, and improve customer experience.
- Build pipeline through senior prospecting and own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to close.
What you'll do:
- Own strategic account/territory plans across enterprise insurers.
- Build C-level relationships across transformation, claims, billing, ops & tech.
- Lead long-cycle, high-value SaaS deals end-to-end.
- Partner with presales, product, CS and marketing to shape propositions.
What we're looking for:
- Proven enterprise SaaS/software sales experience in insurance.
- Track record selling to C-level/transformation stakeholders.
