We are partnering with a fast-growing cyber security SaaS company to appoint a Head of Channel to lead and develop their global partner strategy. This is a high-impact opportunity within a scaling technology vendor operating in one of the most important sectors in modern technology. As Head of Channel, you will take ownership of the company’s partner strategy and help accelerate growth through strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for developing relationships with key partners globally, while building the programmes, structure and enablement required to support long-term partner success. This role requires someone who can operate both strategically and hands-on, shaping the partner ecosystem while actively working with partners to drive pipeline and revenue.
Key responsibilities:- Develop and execute the global channel and partner strategy
- Manage and develop a team of channel professionals (2 direct reports)
- Recruit, enable and grow strategic partners globally
- Build structured partner programmes and enablement frameworks
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive partner-led pipeline and revenue
- Manage key strategic partner relationships at senior stakeholder level
- Proven experience in a Channel, Partnerships or Alliances leadership role within a SaaS vendor
- Strong experience building and growing partner ecosystems
- Track record of driving revenue through channel partnerships
- Experience working in growing or scale-up technology businesses
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
- Strong partner relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within cyber security or security-focused SaaS would be advantageous, although candidates from broader SaaS backgrounds will also be considered.
£90,000 – £110,000 basic salary, OTE / performance bonus, fully remote (UK based), opportunity to build and scale a global channel function within a high-growth SaaS company.
