Your Role:

  • You’ll lead the charge on new client acquisition, identifying and engaging mid-market and enterprise accounts across key sectors, and positioning high-value IT and digital solutions that solve real-world challenges.
  • Drive new business growth across target sectors through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, IT Directors, and business leaders).
  • Work closely with technical pre-sales and delivery teams to shape compelling value propositions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies and commercial development as the business scales.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in IT services, managed services, or technology consulting sales.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding targets.
  • Confident operating within complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, software development, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • A self-starter mindset – resilient, commercially astute, and motivated by growth.
