As part of their continued growth, our client is seeking more senior sales professionals to join their expanding UK commercial team. You’ll be selling mission‑critical software engineering and digital delivery solutions into C‑suite and technology leadership across enterprise organisations, helping them overcome skill shortages and accelerate digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract closure.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with CTOs, CIOs and other technology leaders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client challenges to tailor value‑led solutions, targeting a 500k+ AOV.
  • Prospect, qualify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with delivery and marketing teams to ensure long‑term success.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of winning new business in complex B2B environments.
  • Background in technology, professional services, cyber or SaaS.
  • Ability to consult and sell strategically to senior technical and business stakeholders.
  • Confident in pipeline generation and managing long sale cycles.
  • Commercially sharp, credible and ambitious.
  • UK‑based (Manchester and London / South East preferred).
