Junior FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in Financial Planning & Analysis, supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance insights across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly cost of sales and overhead analysis and reporting.
- Analytical support for weekly and monthly reporting - KPIs, tables and charts etc.
- Pricing team analysis and support.
- Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to support business decisions, helping business understand key trends and performance
- Ad hoc analytic project work to support the business - historic trends, quote success rates, pricing sensitivity analysis.
- Assist FP&A Manager with annual budget and valuation model updates.
- Ad hoc support to FP&A Manager, Group Financial Controller and CFO as required.

- Highly numerate, confident excel user.
- Enthusiasm to learn, ask questions, be inquisitive.
- Self- starter able to problem solve and apply initiative.
- Ability to explain complex topics to non-finance people.
- Able to meet deadlines.
Essential
- Able to commit to a program of study & exams for Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) with the aim of becoming a qualified accountant. Study support is provided.
- Minimum academic qualifications 2 A Levels and 3 GSCE’s (or equivalent) in 5 separate subjects including English and Maths.
