Key Responsibilities
- Support client programmes of work delivering desired outcomes of Quality, Cost, Service, Delivery, Communication & Safety.
- Support end-user engagement on delivery, communicating programme status, articulating, and tracking action requirements.
- Support the management of all stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure successful delivery of the project.
- Be responsible for delivery of assigned client deliverables including accurate and timely Asset Values requests, supporting proposition documents, POC requests and Applications and where indicated, the administration of Contract Documentation related processes.
- Support the lead to ensure all programmes have the necessary project plans and controls in place to effectively track project progress, critical path and escalate potential risks and issues identified.
- Using available reporting and management tools, efficiently track progress and performance against agreed targets.
- Liaise internally with all relevant departments (Pricing, Commercial, Legal, Ops and Accounts) on the delivery of each programme.

Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Planner, Scheduler, or Programme Controls professional on major infrastructure or utilities projects.
- Working knowledge of project planning tools such as MS Project and Primavera P6.
- Experience developing and managing integrated, multi-project schedules.
- Strong understanding of critical path analysis, baselining, progress measurement, and change control.
- Ability to communicate complex planning information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Advantageous / Desirable
- Strong Experience using Primavera P6 for programme-level planning, integration, and reporting.
- Experience working within a PMO or programme environment.
- Knowledge of UK utilities delivery models, regulatory milestones, or third-party coordination (DNOs, IDNOs, ICPs, water companies, local authorities).
- Exposure to schedule risk analysis, Monte Carlo analysis, or recovery planning.
- Professional qualifications (e.g. APM, PPM, MSP, PRINCE2, or planning-specific certifications).
