ESP Utilities is looking for an FP&A Manager to join our fantastic team, contributing to our ongoing success and helping shape the next phase of our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the company's valuation model, including updates to the model used for budgeting process.
- Produce & evaluate scenarios using the valuation model.
- Full responsibility for annual budget process.
- Develop and produce monthly FP&A reporting for department heads, including relevant KPI's.
- Maintenance and reporting for Commercial and Residential orderbooks.
- Development and support of Junior FP&A Accountant (1 direct report).
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting to support other functions of the business.
- Provide support to GFC as required.
Person Specification
- Qualified ACA/ACCA accountant.
- Must have experience of valuation modelling, including model development.
- Minimum 3/5 years PQE experience, ideally in a multi-company environment.
- Advanced excel skills, PowerBI desirable but not essential.
- Experience of working in a fast growth environment.
- Able to problem solve and apply initiative in the absence of an existing process.
- Able to interpret and present data clearly & concisely.
- Able to manage multiple work streams concurrently.
- Confident communicator, used to interacting at all levels within the business.
