We’re looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our growing, forward-thinking team at ESP Solicitors Limited, part of the WorkNest group. The Role
You’ll provide expert employment law advice across a broad range of matters, building strong client relationships and delivering practical, solutions-based guidance. Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients via phone, email, and meetings
- Managing a varied caseload, including Employment Tribunal matters
- Drafting contracts, policies, handbooks, and settlement agreements
- Delivering clear, commercial, and pragmatic legal advice
- Supporting business development through articles, blogs, and training
- Working collaboratively to meet client service standards and KPIs
About You
- Must be UK based
- Qualified Employment Lawyer (LPC/BVC or equivalent)
- Strong experience in employment law, including Tribunal work
- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
- Confident working independently in a remote environment
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
- Committed to delivering outstanding client service
