We’re looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our growing, forward-thinking team at ESP Solicitors Limited, part of the WorkNest group.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fully remote, flexible environment where you’ll deliver high-quality, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base, including leading UK brands. You’ll provide expert employment law advice across a broad range of matters, building strong client relationships and delivering practical, solutions-based guidance.
- Advising clients via phone, email, and meetings
- Drafting contracts, policies, handbooks, and settlement agreements
- Delivering clear, commercial, and pragmatic legal advice
- Supporting business development through articles, blogs, and training
Qualifications:
- Qualified Employment Lawyer (LPC/BVC or equivalent)
- Strong experience in employment law, including Tribunal work
- Confident working independently in a remote environment
