We’re looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our growing, forward-thinking team at ESP Solicitors Limited, part of the WorkNest group.

The Role

You’ll provide expert employment law advice across a broad range of matters, building strong client relationships and delivering practical, solutions-based guidance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising clients via phone, email, and meetings
  • Managing a varied caseload, including Employment Tribunal matters
  • Drafting contracts, policies, handbooks, and settlement agreements
  • Delivering clear, commercial, and pragmatic legal advice
  • Supporting business development through articles, blogs, and training
  • Working collaboratively to meet client service standards and KPIs

About You

  • Must be UK based
  • Qualified Employment Lawyer (LPC/BVC or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in employment law, including Tribunal work
  • Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
  • Confident working independently in a remote environment
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Committed to delivering outstanding client service
