We’re working with a fast-growing international hospitality and events group that offers inspiring meeting, training and event venues for global organisations. Their focus is on delivering exceptional experiences for corporate clients, combining premium locations with a strong people-first culture.
As part of their continued expansion into the North American market, they are now looking to appoint a Proactive Sales Manager to develop new business across the USA and Canada.
This position will play a key part in growing brand presence and revenue in North America. You’ll be responsible for introducing the business to new contacts, converting enquiries into confirmed business, and developing long-term relationships with international clients.
You’ll work with a broad range of stakeholders including HR Directors, CEOs, Sales & Marketing leaders, PAs, EAs, agencies and venue-finding partners within large international organisations.
Key responsibilities- Proactively identify and target new prospects
- Run outbound sales campaigns including cold calling and email outreach
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert demand into confirmed bookings
- Develop existing accounts by building new contacts within client organisations
- Attend trade shows and client meetings in North America several times per year
- Build strong, professional relationships focused on long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare tailored proposals
- Contribute to marketing and networking activity to increase brand awareness
- Work closely with internal teams, sharing information and best practice
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and confident in building client relationships
- Good understanding of the USA market ideally
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own pipeline
- Detail-oriented, well organised and reliable with reporting
- Target-driven and customer-focused
- Previous sales experience in a similar industry (hospitality, events, venues, travel or services)
- Fluent English essential; some French would be an advantage
- Employer pension contribution of 7%
- Work from home 4 days per week

- Weekly team day in London

- Regular international travel as part of the role
