About The Job
Working as a Desktop Support Engineer, you’ll be the face of IT support, resolving hardware and software issues for end users. From laptops and desktops to printers and mobile devices, you’ll handle it all—troubleshooting, installations, updates, imaging, and more.
What You’ll Do
- Provide on-site support for Windows OS, MS Office 365, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and manage tickets to resolution.
- Handle imaging, deployments, device lifecycle (refresh/retrieval), and break/fix tasks.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and antivirus tools.
- Occasionally support events, execs, or data center tasks (smart hands).
What You Bring
- 2+ years of IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory.
- Basic networking and wireless troubleshooting skills.
- Great communication and customer service mindset.
- Physically able to lift equipment and perform hands-on tasks.
- Open to work for 12 months FTC.
