What You’ll Do
- Process and review in-house UK payroll with accuracy and compliance.
- Support pensions (UK, Ireland & Netherlands) and end-of-year payroll processes.
- Partner with international providers to deliver timely, correct payrolls.
- Respond to payroll & benefit queries with clarity and empathy.
- Contribute to payroll data reporting and compliance improvements.
- 3+ years’ UK payroll experience with strong legislative knowledge.
- High-level Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF).
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail & communication skills.
- A proactive, service-focused approach to problem-solving.
