Location: London Heathrow Airport
Employment: 6-month Fixed Term Contract
Work Schedule: 4on, 4off from 04:00 - 16:00 & 10:00 - 22:00 + £160 shift allowance per month

As an Airport Engineer with ESP Global Services, you'll work in a live aviation environment, supporting the technology that keeps airlines, airport operations and passenger services moving. From check-in and boarding systems to automated bag drop and eGates, you'll gain specialist experience while solving technical challenges that directly impact the passenger journey.
What You'll Do
- Support and troubleshoot airport passenger processing and baggage systems.
- Diagnose hardware, software and peripheral issues.
- Respond to incidents and restore services quickly.
- Work closely with airlines, airport operations and technology partners.
- Support upgrades, deployments and technology projects.
- Follow airport security, safety and cybersecurity requirements.
Requirements
What You'll Bring
- Experience in field service, desktop support, EUC, networking, infrastructure or similar technical environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and hardware support experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
