About the Role: As a Care Assistant your role would be to provide support and care to elderly residents within the residential and nursing home settings. You will support residents with their daily needs and maintaining their safety and independence. Additionally, you will support elderly individuals with their potential mental health, dementia, learning disabilities and physical health through support, inclusion, personal care and everyday needs. This is more than just a job; the role is rewarding, offers a high level of job satisfaction, and provides opportunities for career growth and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with the resident’s activities of daily living
  • Review and contribute to individual care plans
  • Report with senior healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care

What We're Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 2 or any relevant qualifications to the role
  • Minimum of 6 months UK based care experience (within the last 3 years)
  • Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
  • Candidates willing to undergo thorough DBS and Reference checks
  • Ability to follow clear Instructions, Policies and Procedures of each Home
  • Strong communication, organisation, and team skills
  • Compassion, Commitment, patience, and a practical mindset
