Erskine Stewart’s Melville Schools are recruiting 5 Sports Club Attendants, holding an NPLQ, to join the Sports Centre on a temporary basis until 23 August 2026. The role is available immediately, working 18 hours per week on a pattern of three 6‑hour shifts, with an hourly rate of £12.83.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide and maintain a welcoming environment for customers while delivering high quality proactive service.
- Support the Sports Centre Duty Supervisor and Manager with duties such as lifeguarding, answering customer queries and assisting with preparation of activity spaces.
- Work closely with all Sports Centre staff, members and school staff.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Current NPLQ.
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role or fitness industry advantageous.
- Strong communication, organisational and prioritisation skills essential.
- Ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a team.
