Erskine Stewart's Melville Schools are currently recruiting for a PE and Sports Administrator to join Erskine Stewart Melville on a permanent basis, commencing on the 17 August 2026 (subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks). The role is full-time, working 36.25 hours per week Monday to Friday with a pro rata salary of £25,007.

Working across both The Junior School and Senior School, the PE and Sports Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to all teams with the PE and Sports Department, ensuring the department is well equipped, organised and supported to carry out all sporting commitments. You will be required to:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for tournaments, galas, and other sporting events
- Assist with entry processes, registration, and general administration for external sports organisations
- Support staff outside the PE Department who are regularly involved in sport and team activities
- Update and maintain sports noticeboards, photographs, and promotional materials across the school
- Administer and manage the SOCS Sport Website and be responsible for collating and distributing School Posts related to sporting activities
- Support the organisation of sports trips and tours
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills and is confident in working with a range of digital systems and liaising with various teams, departments and external stakeholders. You will demonstrate initiative and enjoy variety, whilst also demonstrating flexibility and a readiness to support a busy department.
