Erskine Stewart's Melville Schools are recruiting a Facilities Project Manager to join the Facilities and Estates Department and Project Management Team on a temporary basis for six months, commencing in April 2026. The role is full‐time, Monday‐to‐Friday, and involves managing project deliverables and accountabilities across the two sites in preparation for the school's transition to fully co‐educational.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all facilities work within the project.
  • Budget control and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Planning, monitoring and delivering project tasks on time, to budget and quality.
  • Conducting site inspections to ensure works meet project specifications.
  • Allocating resources (materials, labour, contractors) to keep projects on track.
  • Assessing and mitigating project risks in collaboration with the Head of Facilities, Interim Manager and Compliance Manager.

Qualifications:

Approximately 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally within building or renovation environments involving multiple trades. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, strong organisational skills, attention to detail and experience delivering works to tight deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
