The position is a full-time Team Leader who will work within the e-Plus department on a permanent basis. The role involves overseeing the After School and Holiday Club activity, ensuring high quality care and a creative programme for children.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the service provision daily with the Practitioner team, in consultation with the Deputy Manager and Manager at Ravelston.
- Hold day-to-day responsibility for the room teams and ensure children receive consistently high quality care.
- Lead a creative programme of activities, supporting and supervising practitioners and supervising children during outings.
- Work closely with other staff members and provide input on planning and improvement of the clubs.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, preferably in an after-school or holiday club setting.
- Recognised childcare qualification.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
