A new late-night lounge with live music has opened within the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair and is seeking a driver for their Chauffeur experience. Initial 3 month agreement.
Description:
- Drive high-profile guests within the M25 for an arrival experience.
- Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle when required.
- Load and unload luggage (if required).
- Maintain the venue to the highest standard - ensuring they are clean, well-presented, and serviced as required.
- Research routes in advance as tech systems have been known to fail.
- Check traffic & road conditions prior to commencing any journey.
- Conduct a daily inspection of the allocated vehicle to ensure legal compliance regarding tyres, windscreen, brakes etc.
- Pay basic cosmetic attention to the vehicle exterior, clean the vehicle interior & report any performance issues.
- Keep passenger information confidential at all times.
- Complete & submit daily journey records and weekly maintenance records as required.
- Perform any additional duties that might be requested by the director of the company.
Qualifications:
- Hours vary according to demand, flexibility is essential - role will be standard 40 hours a week with overtime.
- Excellent knowledge of local and London routes (and comfort with GPS navigation).
- Professional, well-groomed appearance and polite, calm demeanour.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Flexible and proactive, willing to assist in other areas of the household when needed.
Other: Fluent in English.
