Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Customer Care Representative to be the voice of our brand.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves the customer feeling valued and heard.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues; elevate complex cases to the appropriate department (e. g., Tier 2 Support, Engineering).
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and proactive solutions.
- Documentation: Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM (e. g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Hub Spot).
- Feedback Loop: Identify recurring customer issues and communicate trends to the Product and Development teams to improve the user experience.
- Retention: De-escalate upset customers and turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new features and policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or hospitality role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; active listening abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously; experience with [Zendesk/Intercom/Salesforce] is a plus.
