The primary focus of this role is the training and support of our digital dental solutions, particularly within dental laboratories. You’ll play a key role in helping our clients maximise the value of their systems through expert guidance, technical assistance, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training and technical support (onsite and remote) on systems including:
- CAD/CAM software: 3Shape Dental System and Exocad
- Roland DG Shape milling machines
- 3D printers
- At least 2 years’ experience in a dental laboratory
- Solid knowledge of digital dentistry and CAD/CAM workflows
- Confident user of 3Shape Dental System and Exocad Dental Cad software
- Practical experience with 3D printers and milling machines in a dental setting
- Skilled trainer with strong presentation and communication abilities
- Proficient with Office 365 and comfortable working with tech
- Problem-solver with great time management
- Capable of working independently and within a team
- Dental Technology Qualification
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Home office with high-speed internet
