What You’ll Do
- Fully own the monthly management accounts pack, including balance sheet reconciliation
- Deliver clear reporting and commentary for senior leadership
- Prepare for audits, working papers and supporting schedules
- Partner with merchandising, operations and eCommerce on stock and sales accuracy
- Drive improvements in systems, controls and financial processes
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
- Experience owning full month-end and balance sheet reconciliations
- Confident preparing working papers and audit-ready files
- Detail-oriented, able to communicate clearly, comfortable in a busy fast-paced environment
- Retail, consumer or stock-based experience an advantage but not essential
