Management Accountant - Retail & eCommerce

Location: West London (Hybrid – 4 days in office, Mon-Thurs)

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + benefits

A fast-growing retail brand is looking for a qualified Management Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) to join its finance team and support the Head of Finance. This role offers real influence across management reporting, commercial insight, and process improvement in a fast-paced, consumer-focused business.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of management accounts and financial reporting, turning raw data into actionable insight for senior leadership
• Partner with operations and merchandising to ensure stock and sales data drives smarter decisions
• Lead improvements in financial systems and processes, helping the business scale efficiently
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis to guide strategic choices
• Contribute to audits, VAT returns, and other compliance activities, ensuring the business remains financially robust

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
• Proven management accounting and month-end experience
• Strong Excel skills (vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables)
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (ideally NetSuite)
• Detail-oriented, inquisitive, and commercially minded
• Excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively across teams
