A rapidly growing women’s premium fashion retailer is looking for a qualified Management Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) to join its finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants ownership, variety and genuine commercial influence within a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Working closely with the Finance Director, you’ll play a key role in producing insightful financial reporting, supporting decision‑making, and helping the business scale efficiently across retail, eCommerce and wholesale channels.

What You’ll Be Involved In:

  • Producing clear, accurate monthly reporting that drives visibility and supports senior leadership
  • Improving financial processes, controls and systems as the business continues to grow
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis across multiple departments
  • Working closely with operations, merchandising and eCommerce teams to ensure robust stock and sales reporting
  • Playing a key role in year‑end processes, audits and ongoing financial projects

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
  • Strong management accounting experience (retail experience helpful but not essential)
  • Comfort working with multiple systems (Netsuite is a bonus) and large data sets
  • Excellent Excel skills and a naturally analytical, detail‑driven approach
  • Someone confident, collaborative, and able to communicate effectively across the business
