EslingKenny is currently recruiting on behalf of a high-growth Consultancy firm based in Central London. They seek a Manager level professional with strong experience in delivering financial models using Oracle EPBCS within Financial Services. They are looking for an experienced model builder who is highly motivated, professional, and passionate about their work. As a Manager within the FCM team, you will specialise in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and collaborate closely with stakeholders to design and build tailored models. You will also support the Solution Architect in delivering custom Oracle EPBCS solutions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand data requirements and calculation logic, translating them into data integrations and model designs
- Develop models on Oracle EPBCS, including prototypes, testing, and integration
- Drive development of model metadata, calculations/rules, forms, dashboards, and analytical solutions
- Build data integrations for data movement between models
- Lead training, knowledge transfer, and post go-live support
- Encourage innovation within Finance and lead technological advancements
Professional experience required:
- Oracle Planning Implementation Professional certification
- 3-4+ years building applications in Oracle PBCS, EPBCS, Planning, or Essbase
Beneficial experience includes:
- Experience with OLAP technologies like Anaplan, TM1
- Experience with other Oracle EPM products such as FCCS or PCMCS
- Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, wealth management)
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting including dashboards and visualizations
