Salary: £34,000 - £39,000 per year, days plus sleep‑ins paid at £60.00 per sleep. Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month; shift pattern 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep‑ins. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365‑day a year service due to the nature of our work.

Limestone Cottage is a beautiful 3‑bedded home set in the Worksop area, offering crisis intervention and trauma‑informed therapeutic care. Our young people receive the highest quality care and support with all their educational and emotional needs as well as engaging in their favourite hobbies and interests. We can offer educational places in our schools where our young people can engage in a more personalised education plan to help them thrive and reach their full potential.

Essential requirements for a On‑rota Children's Home Deputy Manager:
- Minimum 12 months supervisory experience in a children's residential care home
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- A full driving licence issued in the UK
- Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
- In‑depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
- Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person‑centred approach to childcare
- Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
- Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices (the company will cover the costs).
