Hours: 173 hours per month, 2 on 4 off rota pattern to include sleep nights. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.
The Old School House is a beautiful four bedded home offering crisis intervention and trauma informed therapeutic care. We are looking for a nurturing and dedicated on rota Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in the day to day running of the homes.

Essential requirements for a Deputy Manager at Esland:
- A minimum 12 months supervisory experience in a children's residential care home
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- A full driving licence issued in the UK
- Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
- In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
- Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
- Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
