Esland seeks a Children's Adventure Care Worker to support 8–18 year olds in a residential care setting. You will create a safe, nurturing environment, plan exciting activities from outdoor adventures to creative projects, and act as a positive role model to help build confidence, resilience and life skills.
You should have experience in care, education or youth activities, a UK driving licence, and right to work in the UK; a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is desirable.
