Salary: £32,242.00 to £35,122.00 per annum (including 6-10 sleeps per month paid at £60 per sleep and an hourly rate of £13.45 to £13.75 per hour depending on qualification). Opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month. Shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep‑in. Rotas are given in advance. We operate 365 days a year.

Essential Requirements:
- A full driving licence issued in the UK.
- Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.

- Must be aged 21 or above due to industry regulations.
- Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential.

The Role: Our beautiful home near Newport offers a nurturing and therapeutic environment for our young people. The team supports them with all domestic needs and socialisation skills while learning new things and experiencing fun activities and excursions together. We can offer educational places in our schools where young people can engage in more personalised education plans to help turn the curve and reach their full potential.
