We are on the lookout for a proactive team player to join our business development team supporting the Business Development Managers and working with and reporting to the Placements Director to achieve successful outcomes. This role is remote with regular visits to Esland Services and Support Centre in Belper, working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Referrals Manager in all aspects of the referral management for Esland.
- Support with all incoming referrals (via email, phone, and online portals).
- Work with the Business Development Managers to understand the unique individual requirements of all Esland services, so that you have a thorough understanding of appropriate referrals for their services.
- Triage referrals in line with the above and provide feedback to the LAs where referrals are deemed inappropriate.
- Track inappropriate and appropriate referrals and offers on our CRM system Gold-Vision.
- Ensure all new placements are entered accurately and in full onto Gold-Vision at the point of placement.
- Support all services to obtain any paperwork required for them to make appropriate placement decisions.
- Be target driven.
- Work with the wider Business Development team to identify new contacts and opportunities within the LAs.
- Contribute to the delivery and referral processes of the BD team.
- Manage LA and internal enquiries and be the first point of call for Esland.
- Maintain links with Local Authorities, Commissioning Officers, and Placement teams to create a positive working relationship.
- Manage the LA contact database on our CRM system.
- Oversee the IPAs (individual placement agreements) for the organization, and maintain a spreadsheet of all IPAs.
- You will work with key stakeholders to ensure that all placements are well-matched and safe, putting the best interests of our young people first.
- Attend Team Meetings.
- Attend relevant training or external events.
- Be part of a team and have fun.
- Overtime, after training and development, potentially lead on all referral management for schools across Esland.
