Pay rate: Salary of £34,512.60–£35,135.40 per year (equivalent to £13.85–£14.15 per hour). Opportunities to pick up extra shifts or overtime at enhanced rate.

About the role: Hadlow House is a five‑bedroom children’s home offering crisis intervention and trauma‑informed therapeutic care. The role involves caring for young people, providing high‑quality residential care, and participating in recreational activities such as cinema, swimming, sports, etc. You will have routes for progression and the opportunity to undergo a qualification once employed. We offer BILD accredited, paid induction training. You will have access to a company app that provides high‑street discounts, online medical support, financial advice and counselling. A day off for your birthday (in addition to holiday entitlement). Access to a holiday home based in the Peak District where you can stay for free, on the company. A £500 bonus via our 'Refer a Friend’ scheme.
