Location: Residential – Darwin Farm, Shrewsbury
Compensation and Hours: £32,242 – £35,745 per annum, including 6–10 sleeps per month at £60 per sleep and an hourly rate of £13.45–£13.75 (depending on qualification). Salary is paid in 173 hours per month on a 2‑days‑on, 4‑days‑off shift pattern with sleeps. Overtime is available at an enhanced rate.
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
- Values in line with Esland’s therapeutic, person‑centred approach to childcare
- Minimum age 21, due to industry regulations
- Previous childcare or support‑worker experience is advantageous but not essential

We can provide educational placements in partnership with schools to offer personalised education plans.
