Are you a passionate leader with a heart for children’s care? Do you want to work for a company that genuinely transforms young lives? We’re looking for a Registered Children’s Home Manager to join our dedicated team and lead one of our nurturing, high-quality EBD homes. Our Preston home is a 2 bed service (which often offers solo placements), offering a smaller, safe and nurturing place for 8 to 18-year-olds with complex behavioural, emotional, and social needs.
What We Are Looking For
- Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (essential)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (highly desirable)
- A minimum 2 years in a position relevant to residential care of children (essential)
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a managerial/senior/team leader/supervisory role within care
- In depth knowledge of relevant legislation, best practice and regulatory expectations, such as Ofsted regulations (essential)
