Compensation: £38,554 / year
Our young people enjoy a mix of hobbies, including:

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality care and emotional support to children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- Inspire brighter futures with consistency, compassion, and resilience.
- Be part of a dedicated team in a 365-day service, with structured rotas and long shifts (7.30am–11pm), including sleep-in nights.
What You’ll Earn:
- Annual salary: £38,554 (based on £15.45/hour + 8 sleep-ins/month; dependent on qualifications). Pay rate effective from 1st April 2026
- Opportunity for additional earnings through enhanced overtime and extra shifts
What You’ll Need:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Level 3 qualification in Child Care
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in children’s residential care
- Must be 21+ and have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
