What you’ll do:

  • Deliver high-quality care and emotional support to children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
  • Inspire brighter futures with consistency, compassion, and resilience.
  • Be part of a dedicated team in a 365-day service, with structured rotas and long shifts (7:30 am-11 pm), including sleep-in nights.

What you’ll earn:

  • Annual salary: £35,129 - £38,554 (based on £13.80-£15.45 + 8 sleep-ins/month; dependent on qualifications)
  • Opportunity for additional earnings through enhanced overtime and extra shifts.

What you’ll need:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Must be 21+ and have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
  • Experience in residential childcare
  • Have a level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent
