Join our team as a Residential Children’s Support Worker. Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people? Do you have the resilience, empathy and dedication to support children in residential care to thrive and reach their full potential? We’re looking for compassionate, committed, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Residential Children’s Support Workers in our 1‑bed home in Lancashire. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to be a positive role model and provide life‑changing support to children who need it most.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day care, emotional support and guidance to children and young people.
  • Create a safe, nurturing and structured environment.
  • Support children in developing life skills, confidence and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care.
  • Work shifts: 2 days on (including sleeps) and 4 days off.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent (highly desirable) or a willingness to undergo this qualification once employed.
  • Experience in a children’s home setting (highly desirable).
  • Passion to help nurture young people.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • All candidates must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulation.

Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices (the company will cover the costs).
