Esland is seeking a Regional Director for Education to lead 3 to 4 of our schools across the Midlands.
You will be accountable for education quality, the performance of each school and the commercial health of your region, while supporting headteachers and safeguarding standards.
You will coach and develop headteachers, own quality assurance, manage dip checks and learning walks, and oversee P&L, occupancy, staffing and succession planning.
