Description:

We’re looking for a Registered Children's Home Manager to join our dedicated team and lead one of our nurturing, high-quality EBD homes. Our Brambles home is a three-bed service, offering a smaller, safe and nurturing place for 6 to 18-year-olds with complex behavioural, emotional, and social needs.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (essential)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (highly desirable)
  • A minimum of 2 years in a position relevant to residential care of children (essential)
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a managerial/senior/team leader/supervisory role within care
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, best practice and regulatory expectations, such as Ofsted regulations (essential)
