Join us at Tiger Hall, a warm and welcoming three‑bedroom children’s home tucked away in a peaceful village, surrounded by fresh country air and local wildlife. Our young residents are full of energy and enthusiasm — they love football, skateparks, swimming, and zipping around on their scooters. We’re looking for someone just like you to help them feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high‑quality care and emotional support in a trauma‑informed, therapeutic setting.
- Help children build brighter futures through consistency, compassion, and resilience.
- Work within a dedicated team in a 365‑day service, with long shifts (8 am–11 pm) and sleep‑in nights. Rotas are provided in advance.
What You’ll Earn:
- Annual salary: £39,592 (based on £15.95 /hour and 8 sleep‑ins per month; dependent on qualifications).
- Enhanced overtime rates and opportunities for extra shifts.

What You’ll Need:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
