Esland is seeking an independent quality assurance professional to audit education quality across its schools from the Belper Support Centre. You report to the Quality Director and provide board-ready findings rather than drive school improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Auditing against IS standards and Ofsted/ISI frameworks
- Testing quality through audits and learning walks
- Reporting on teaching, curriculum, behaviour and outcomes
- Coaching senior leaders
- Upholding safeguarding
