Location:
HuddersfieldSalary: Up to £55,000 (DOE) + Bonus up to £8,500
Hours: full time, Monday to Friday (permanent contract)

Our Huddersfield home is a solo service, offering a smaller, safe and nurturing place for 6 to 18-year-olds with complex behavioural, emotional, and social needs.
What We Are Looking For
As such, we seek dedicated passionate individuals who take pride and responsibility in their work.
For this role, we need someone who has:
- Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (essential)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (highly desirable)
- A minimum 2 years in a position relevant to residential care of children (essential)
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a managerial/senior/team leader/supervisory role within care
- In depth knowledge of relevant legislation, best practice and regulatory expectations, such as Ofsted regulations (essential)
The role must adhere to Regulation 28 of The Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
