Our young residents are full of energy and enthusiasm — they love football, skateparks, swimming, and zipping around on their scooters. We’re looking for someone just like you to help them feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Location: Tiger Hall - Meopham
Compensation: £39,592 / year
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality care and emotional support in a trauma-informed, therapeutic setting.
- Help children build brighter futures through consistency, compassion, and resilience.
- Work within a dedicated team in a 365-day service, with long shifts (8am–11pm) and sleep-in nights. Rotas are provided in advance.
What You’ll Earn:
- Annual salary: £39,592 (based on £15.95/hour and 8 sleep-ins per month; dependent on qualifications).
- Enhanced overtime rates and opportunities for extra shifts.

What You’ll Need:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Level 3 qualification in Child Care.
- At least 12 months’ experience in children’s residential care.
- Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the UK (we’re unable to offer sponsorship).
