We are looking for residential support workers and senior support workers to join our growing, highly valued team. Our teams are “professional parents” who are nurturing and supportive, giving our children high levels of care and allowing them to achieve amazing outcomes. Our homes vary in size and provide therapeutic, EBD and complex trauma support services.
What we are looking for:
- Someone who is tenacious and passionate, with the ability to connect with those they meet and build meaningful and productive working relationships.
- Passionate about promoting and encouraging independence and life skills for our young people, ensuring that their safety and well-being underpins every decision we make.
Applicants must have:
- Experience of supervising staff in a care role
- Experience in children's residential care as a Senior
- Evidence of excellent organisational skills
- Experience of managing staff rotas
- A Level 3/4 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Services (or equivalent)
- A full, UK driving licence
- Over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations

What we can offer:
- The salary is between £34,000–£39,000, plus sleep-ins paid at £60 each. On average, you will complete 8 sleep-ins per month. Salary is dependent on qualifications.
