What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children in a safe, nurturing environment.
  • Help shape brighter futures through consistency, compassion, and resilience.
  • Work as part of a dedicated team in a 365‑day service, with advance rotas and long shifts (8 am–11 pm) including sleep‑in nights.

What You’ll Earn:

  • Annual salary: £39,760 – £41,760 (includes an average of 8 sleep‑in shifts per month).
  • Boost your income with enhanced overtime rates and opportunities for additional shifts.

What You’ll Need:

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Level 3 qualification in Child Care.
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in children’s residential care.
  • Must be 21+ and have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
