Esland is seeking an experienced English teacher to head the SEND/SEMH English department at Daven School in Congleton.
You will lead lessons, manage the English department and support pupils with SEND/SEMH needs, while upholding safeguarding and inclusive practices.
The role is permanent and full-time (8:30am–4:40pm, Mon–Fri) at Daven School, Congleton, Cheshire, with a strong focus on assessment, staff development and outcomes for pupils.
