Hours: 2 days on, 4 days off (with sleep nights). As a 365-day service, rotas are provided in advance.

Pay rate: £31,917 to £32,540 per annum (depending on qualification), with opportunities for overtime at an enhanced rate.

Our Morecambe home is a smaller, therapeutic placement setting supporting young people with domestic needs, education, social skills, and engaging activities.

Estimated salary based on a pay rate of £12.60 to £12.90/hour for days (depending on qualifications) plus sleep nights (~£60 each).

Requirements:

• Experience in children\’s residential care (desirable)
• Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Right to work in the UK without restrictions (essential)
• Values aligned with Esland\’s, including a therapeutic, person-centred approach (essential)
• Age 21 or above (industry regulation)
