Compensation: £35,122 – £35,745 per year
Hours: 173 hours per month. The most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep-ins (shifts may vary). Rotas provided in advance.

Pay rate details
£35,122 – £35,745 per annum (based on 10 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £13.45 – £13.75 per hour). Opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rate.
Hourly rate: £12.60 – £12.90 per hour until 01/04/2026.

We’re a 365-day service because children need us every day. This is a residential service role supporting children and ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
