Esland is driven to changing children’s lives for the better by providing best-in-class specialist services. This role is based in the Hickory House – Sheffield Residential Home which offers a 2-bedded, homely setting for up to two young people requiring therapeutic placements.

Do you want to make a positive impact on young people’s lives and help empower them to flourish and grow? Are you able to build positive and trusting relationships within a supportive and nurturing home? If so, we want you to join our highly valued team as a Children\’s Residential Support Worker.
Hours & Remuneration
• 2 days on, 4 days off (with sleep nights) – a 365‑day-a-year service. Rotas are given in advance.
• Salary: £30,477 – £31,100 per year (equivalent to £12.60 – £12.90 per hour on days), plus £60 per sleep night.
